How to Use iTeraCare

Start with the palms of the hands and move to the bottom of the foot for approximately 1-2 minutes each.
Use on the back of the body for 2-3 minutes at room temperature at 25 C or warmer.
Drink 2 glass of warm water before starting

    Starting from the center of the spine, move up and down.

    Starting from the top of the head, move in a circular motion around the face of the head.

    Move in a circular motion around the face.

    Chest: Starting from the neck, move down to the collarbone and chest, avoiding the nipple.

    Arms: Starting from the shoulders, move toward the hand and fingers.

  • 6

    Upper limbs: starting from the ribs, move toward the center and move toward the head area of the lower limbs.

    From the spine, move sideways to the left and right and move towards the buttocks.

  • 8

    Lower extremities: Starting from the buttocks, move sideways and move down to the legs and toes.
Drink 2 glass of warm water after completion
